Pre-order vs Premade

What is the difference between a pre order and a premade piece?

With a pre order you pay first and the piece is made afterward, so you wait on production before it ships. Premade means the piece already exists and is sitting in our inventory ready to be packed.

Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?

3 to 5 days.

Do I get tracking?

Yes. You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If you still have no tracking after 5 days, email groundedessentialsllc@gmail.com and we will look into it.

All sales final

Can I return or exchange something?

No. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on anything from this drop.

Why is everything final sale?

Every drop is a limited run, so once a piece is gone it is gone. That is exactly why we ask you to check the size chart before you buy.

What if my order shows up damaged or wrong?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Sizing

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Because all sales are final, check the size chart before you buy. It takes a minute, and it means the piece fits the way it is meant to. Our tees run true to size, so your normal size is usually the right call.
